The Voices of Women has over the years developed and collated resources such as papers, essays, journal articles, worksheets, and recently a podcast series hosted by one of our mentees, Amanda Plaatjies. Since then Amanda has grown the series engaging women on issues she has been cognisant of which are highlighted in some of the narratives in our collection.
Linda Sonaba, Voices of Women mentee has since developed her own documentary short film based on one of the first Story Gathering workshops we conducted in Platfontein with the women of the Xun! and Kwe communities of the Northern Cape. The final draft will soon be available for viewing.
